One system, full overview

Planning a kitchen has always been a complex challenge for both the customers and the company providing the end-to-end sales and delivery solution, given the diverse array of suppliers and collaborators involved in the sales and delivery process. This intricate landscape underscored the requirement for a platform that seamlessly amalgamates these facets: sales, production, suppliers, and even the delivery team.

The major challenge was to establish a process enabling Sales representatives to seamlessly generate tailored orders within a streamlined system that predicts requirements and validates real-time production capacity. This innovation significantly simplifies the kitchen planning process.

How we made IT matter

Unifying the various phases of the order process on a single platform? Let’s make it happen! The once disjointed workflow, scattered across disparate platforms, is now harmonized into a centralized powerhouse. Here, every participant can access information and manage their unique tasks based on their roles.

Our primary challenge lay in seamlessly integrating diverse APIs and handling the intricate processing of over 10,000 data points. This sequential process not only establishes a refined business flow but also codifies the operational intricacies—order status, designated stakeholders, meticulous module composition, supplier pricing, shipping costs, and beyond. Additionally, suppliers are empowered to create and manage their products on the platform, maintaining control over crucial details like pricing, stock levels, color options, references, materials, and more.

The project was developed using React, along with Craft.js and Redux. A group of 9 IT Staffing makers utilized a mix of Scrum and Kanban methodologies throughout the duration of the 3-year project.

Sales managers effortlessly tailor client requests, suppliers seamlessly dispatch each element, our production team meticulously assembles kitchens to exact specifications, just as envisioned by the client. The logistics team ensures prompt delivery, ensuring that the entire process is smooth and efficient.

This innovative approach abolishes the need for endless back-and-forths, streamlining communication and averting any delays in delivery.
