How we made IT matter
We mapped the touch points between Gascan and its clients and selected as well the most required information to create a user-friendly and responsive platform
After having understood Gascan’s business goals and clients’ needs, we concluded that a platform with 3 components was the right fit.
Website – We revamped the old website to turn it responsive and more appealing. We also changed the information architecture to improve search, navigation, and services subscription.
Customer Area – To relieve the workload of the customer support team, we developed a customer area where clients can manage their accounts, view and download invoices, consult energy consumption and get special offers.
Back office – The back office is the heart of customer relationship management. Gascan’s back office allows to manage website content, launch and monitor campaigns, speed up customer support, and communicate with specific groups
of clients.
